The taste and foam of coffee
You'll love the balanced taste of this coffee from the first sip. Because it has a mild acidity, it is popular with all our customers. You will be captivated by its full body, with hints of flowers on the palate, a nutty accent and a sweet caramel aftertaste. The 100% Arabica foam is compact and light. Coffee from Cerrada is perfect for making Italian espresso.
Origin of the coffee

If you have read the short introduction, it should be clear to you. The Brazílie Santos NY 17/18 fine cup Alfenans Dulce coffee is grown in one of the most beautiful parts of the planet. The Cerrado region of Brazil
in the centre of Brazil. According to surveys, it is one of the richest tropical areas. The WWF has chosen it as the most diverse savannah in the world. Let's put aside the animals and vegetation for now, and delve into their agriculture. Until 1960, Cerrada's farmland was considered too acidic and nutrient-poor, making it worthless. However, science has come to the rescue - the American Norman Borlaug is credited as the father of the green revolution, who proposed reducing the acidity of arable land by liming. The results were not long in coming. Brazil is now the second largest exporter of soybeans in the world and the largest exporter of beef in the world. Cerrado also grows corn, wheat, rice and, of course, coffee.
Coffee bushes grow at a much lower rate in Cerrado than in Central America. Cerrada's volcanic soil gives the coffee from here a fruity, smooth and sweet taste. The plants are grown in full sunlight and are harvested several times a year. The fruit, which looks like ripe cherries, is processed using the so-called dry method. This is the simplest, least demanding and oldest method of processing coffee. After harvesting (using a combination of manual and mechanical methods), the red fruits are poured onto concrete squares, evenly distributed, and left to dry in the sun and warm air for a month. Farmers routinely rotate them, covering the terraces overnight to prevent the coffee from absorbing moisture and starting to ferment. When the drying process is complete, the beans must be stripped of their skins and parchment coating. This is done with the help of decorticating machines. Finally, the coffee is sorted and left to rest for one to two months before being packaged and exported.
Thanks to the dry production process, this coffee has a strong, balanced body with a nutty flavour. People who drink coffee usually have a wonderful imagination. Imagine a wonderful tropical landscape full of wild animals and precious flora. Breathe deeply, feel the humidity, open your eyes and see the endless green with the blue sky, listen and you will hear the grass rustling and the birds chirping.
