ABOUT THE TASTE OF COFFEE
Low acidity coffee will enchant those who like a smooth and full flavour.
Its chocolatey aroma will captivate South of Minas fans, its smooth creaminess embracing the coffee consumer. The fresh roast is of course a given!
ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF THE COFFEE

Brazil's largest coffee and milk production comes from the southeastern Minas region.
It has no coastline, but is full of caves, mountains, waterfalls and rare minerals. The whole region is unique, as is the coffee that grows there.
The arabica bean (Coffea arabica) is grown in a breathtaking hilly landscape. The extensive plantations are predominantly tended by small family farms and provide a worldwide supply of high quality coffee beans. The climate, altitude and humidity make Minas one of the best in the world.
The coffee fruit, fleshy cherries, are harvested once a year or continuously throughout the year.
This is a time-consuming and costly process, but it ensures that the harvesting of the ripest fruit yields the highest quality coffee beans.
Under the flesh are two pale green coffee beans. To get quality coffee from the fruit, attention must be paid to the method of production, which involves removing the skins and flesh, sorting, fermentation, perfect drying and removal of unwanted material.
Extreme care is taken during processing, because any slight deviation in the process can lead to a deterioration in quality.
The best coffee is freshly roasted coffee. That's why we import from Brazil the so-called raw product - unroasted coffee beans, which are only freshly roasted when ordered! An invitation for a good cup of coffee should not be refused. Try some of the best the market has to offer and taste it with the people you love. A cup of hot, chocolatey aftertaste will make the time pass pleasantly. Brazilian Arabica will be overwhelming company for you. Unforgettable. Place of origin:
