The taste and foam of coffee
This organically grown coffee in BIO quality cannot deny you hot Africa. The coffee is full of power and the aftertaste of flowers. No wonder Ethiopia's Djimmah is one of the best coffees in the world. Properly prepared, it gives the consumer a dense and compact bean with an exceptional aroma.
Origin of coffee

Kaffa is a province in the southwest of Ethiopia. Its history and name are related to coffee and coffee bushes. The name Kaffa probably comes from the Arabic qahwah - meaning drink from berries. Coffee has always been the main source of income in this area. However, due to the decline in coffee prices around the world, Ethiopians have been forced to grow other crops in recent decades. Unfortunately, to do so, the rainforest is being cut down and converted into arable land.
Currently, 98% of Ethiopian coffee is grown on small plantations. Smallholders join together in cooperatives to grow coffee bushes in the rainforest. There are around 30 such cooperatives, which annually market coffee of unique quality. The proceeds from the sale help more than 40,000 farmers, their families and their labourers. In 2010, Coffee was recognised by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve. This is why selected smallholders grow coffee without industrial fertilizers and chemical spraying. This is also the case with Ethiopia's Djimmah BIO.
The red berries of the Forest coffee variety are harvested several times a year. They are processed by washing, which requires exceptional technological equipment and the invaluable experience of farmers. On the other hand, washed coffee has a very fresh, flowery and fruity aroma. In Ethiopia, the raw beans are dried in direct sunlight. The country produces 60,000 tonnes of coffee annually. We bring you this outstanding queen from the mountainous region of the Great Lakes, the home of coffee. Ethiopian coffee has an irreplaceable place in the market. How much the goat-herder girl Kaldi, who had her first taste of this great drink, liked it, we are unfortunately not sure. Our experience of this coffee is clear: Ethiopia Djimmah BIO is harmonious, full-bodied, with a slightly floral taste and a hint of grape aroma. Place of origin:
