The taste and foam of coffee
One hundred percent Arabica provides a hazelnut coffee with excellent body and medium acidity. The added aroma makes it a sweet delicacy. If you grind your beans properly and prepare your coffee correctly, you will get a very delicious tasting coffee with a thick and soft foam in return.
Origin of coffee
Peruvian coffee is famous all over the world. In fact, the coffee bushes grow high in the Andes, where a unique combination of climate and soil conditions, as well as the absence of fertilisers and sprays, produce coffee with a perfect flavour and aroma. Andean small farmers cannot afford these expensive chemicals. Moreover, in many cases the plantations are located in difficult-to-access areas. For this reason, Puno arabica is considered to be of the same high quality as coffee from organic plantations.
The coffee trees are almost four metres high and produce coffee almost all year round. The coffee cherries ripen for 9-14 months, so they are harvested continuously. The coffee beans are processed by a washing technique. The beans are poured into water, the coating is removed from the beans using special press plates, and the cleaned beans ferment for 36 hours. The beans are then dehydrated. They are dried in driers or in direct sunlight.
The coffee is always flavoured immediately after the order is placed, before being delivered to the customer. The delicate process of changing the chemical composition of the beans at high temperatures is entirely in the hands of our experienced roasting master. Before roasting, the coffee is sprayed with a natural fragrance oil. As a result, the aroma and flavour of the coffee, in this case the hazelnut flavour, is deeply embedded in the coffee beans, making them long lasting.
Making flavoured coffee in an automatic coffee machine

If you want to use flavoured coffee in an automatic coffee maker with an automatic dispenser, we recommend that you make sure that this is possible in the manual of the coffee maker. If the machine manufacturer does not provide information on flavoured coffee, please follow the recommendations below.
The natural flavouring that the coffee is flavoured with may react with the plastics in the container and bleach if it comes into contact with them for a prolonged period of time.

Always load only as much flavoured coffee into the coffee machine as you will consume immediately.
After the flavoured coffee has been prepared, the next cup should be unflavoured coffee. This will clean the machine of any residues of natural flavouring agents.

The same rule should be followed when grinding flavoured coffee (manual and electric).
